This years Pet-Nat drawns on Riesling and Pinot Gris from the Cirrus vineyard south of the village and also from the traditional varietes of Champagne, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier. As always, the wine has been bottled with no additions or perservatives and relies entirely on the innate character and balance of the wild fermented blend. Stonefruit and citrus flavours with a generous mouthfeel and modest fizz which will grow as the wine continues to slowly ferment this summer. A fun summer wine growing a touch more serious with time.
