Our cult favourite Rose pet nat! This years blend comes from two vineyards sited on the rocky outwash of the Dry River a little south of the village.
The wine is Riesling dominant for freshness with the other half being Pinot varieties for flesh and body.
Expect this wine to drink joyfully over the next 3 years. As usual, no additions and no sulphur.
