This old favourite is back, perhaps not quite as heavy as in the past, but a lovely depth of aromatic complexity emerging from the the blend of Pinot and Syrah – sit with it and watch it unfold aromatically over an evening or two. The palate is young so there’s a freshness to the acids that will soften in time, try a bottle now but think of how this will shift and relax and grow over the next 5 years or so – This is the finest red we were able to craft from 23 utilising all our lovely home vineyard Syrah.
