For this more challenging growing season we have adjusted the extraction method slightly - so dominantly Pinot Gris as per usual with only 7 days on skins fir texture, weight and spice backed with delicate citral Riesling and just a touch of Pinot Noir rose from the same vineyard. So its orange in style but not quite as authoritative as its predecessors. Lean toward warm spices of Nothern Africa or the broadness and beauty of Indian inspired sauces.
