Our Homeblock Field Blend in a Rhone Blanc Style.  That translates to Marsanne and Rousanne with just a smidge of Viognier.  It's big and rich and packed with stone fruit and texture.  More of a winter white, serve with bigger dishes, more butter more cream more fat, roast chicken, good mushrooms or truffle, risotto, roast potatoes, baked fish swimming in sauce, that kind of vibe.
