This edition of blue label Pinot Noir is fermented entirely as whole bunches with gentle foot treading only. The wine is showing a little reduction this year offering a more charcuterie like backdrop to the subtle forest fruits. The structure is taut and firm with the expectation that cellaring will reward those with patience. Musk and spice - paté Fine forest floor and Chalky Palate.
