This edition of blue label Pinot Noir is fermented entirely as whole bunches with gentle foot treading only.
The wine is showing a little reduction this year offering a more charcuterie like backdrop to the subtle forest fruits.
The structure is taut and firm with the expectation that cellaring will reward those with patience.
